Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate believes that business services for the people of Iowa should move at the speed of business, not the speed of government. Fast Track Filing is an innovative application that greatly enhances the speed and efficiency of the filing process for the business community.
Since its inception in 2018, more than 500,000 documents have been processed through the system, along with nearly 57,000 new Iowa business formations. Fast Track Filing users are now able to file documents in just minutes, compared to several weeks.
Fast Track Filing allows users to file a multitude of documents with the State, including but not limited to:
- Biennial Reports
- Form An LLC, Corporation, or Nonprofit
- Change of Registered Agent, or Office
- Application for Reservation of Name
- Application for Reinstatement
- Fictitious Name Resolution
- Entity Dissolution
- UCC-1 or UCC-3
- Amendment Filings
- 28E Agreements
